The Ohio Board of Regents is the state coordinating board for higher education in Ohio. The Ohio Board of Regents is led by the Chancellor, who is appointed by the Governor. The Board of Regents is a nine member board which serves as an advisory body to the Chancellor.
Proposed official actions of the Chancellor are posted for public review and comment on the Ohio Board of Regents website for a period of two weeks before a written publication of the final action taken by the Chancellor is issued.
