The OACC engages in government relations and public policy work at both the state and federal levels and serves as the collective voice of Ohio’s 23 community colleges.

As a collaborative partner in this work, the OACC is uniquely positioned to provide meaningful perspectives and data to help inform decisions on policy and legislation that impact the funding and regulation of community colleges. The OACC is aligned with student success and is committed to building Ohio’s workforce with well-trained and well-educated graduates.
